Compressing Process of Scroll
 

The scroll seals the un-touched gear surface with an oil film.

Since the swing radius is small, the fluctuation of torque is contained, making the scroll rotate slowly and smoothly. Besides, since there are no intake and discharge valves, it becomes highly durable while maintaining high performance.

The scroll compressor, which is small but excellent at compressing efficiency, is made by Mitsui Seiki's machining technology.

The scroll compressor is being used in the Mitsui ZS series.
